📦 Returns (Physical Products)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you quickly.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products (PDF patterns, downloads, etc.)

  • Used or opened items

  • Customized or personalized products


📥 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days


📬 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
