EU Import Charges — Physical Goods

Orders for physical goods shipped from Canada to an EU destination are sent DAP (Delivered at Place) unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Import VAT, customs duties, postal or carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, and customs-clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be collected from the recipient before or upon delivery.

Any estimate displayed in the cart is provided for information only and is not a guarantee. Final charges are determined by the destination country, customs authority, and delivery carrier. Digital products are excluded from these physical-goods import charges.

By placing an order containing physical goods for delivery to the EU and selecting the terms checkbox, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges.
